Introducing Class27_Sports and Stay Posted!
Hello there!
This is an introduction to Class27_Sports, the Health & Fitness Blog aimed to publishing dedicated fitness and well being articles aimed to encourage the best out of your athletic performance.
At Class27_Sports we know change is not easy. One study by Bodybuilding.com found that almost 3/4 of people who set fitness goals as New Years resolutions abandon them. Its hard to find the time, and its difficult to follow a new routine. Our goal is to help you stay committed to your fitness goals by inspiring articles, new nutrition facts, exercises to make you sweat and of course gym playlists to motivate you like Rocky Balboa!
All three members of Class27_Sports; Matthew, Jarrod and Alex and have a large amount of sporting experience, tips and tricks to make you see those gains ASAP so stay posted!
