In recent times young rugby teams have begun to complicate their game. Many professional rugby players have advised coaches of young rugby teams to simplify the structure of their game and focus on teaching the players to perfect the basics. After watching the professional players, many young players want to try to use all the moves they see them use, this can lead to confusion in the young players whilst playing.
