MyFitnessPal is a free calorie counter and fitness tracker and weight management program that makes it fast and easy to track your calories and lose weight. Anyone can lose weight if they have the right tools and the right support system. Medicals show that keeping a food journal doubles your weight loss however personally I have had trouble keeping track of macros when you throw in university, work and a social life that keeps you always busy.

MyFitnessPal however is a free mobile app that allows counting calories fast and easy. I have noticed that the more you use MyFitnessPal the more easier it is to calculate your macros once you follow a routine. Generally when you calculate your calorie deficit it is a long process with a lot of calculations however with MyFitnessPal it is done in a few easy steps answering questions such as your weight, age and fitness goals. 

Logging in foods is especially easy! The app has the carbs, fats and proteins all calculated in each food you have consumed making it even more accessible to hit your macro targets! I strongly recommend you give this app a go!
