Revolutionising Training
Author: Alex McLachlan
New technological developments have led to a revolution in
rugby training, especially for professional rugby players. The cryogenic
chamber is one of these new technological developments. In the chamber the recipient receives bursts
of nitrogen gas at thirty second increments. The freezing gas surrounds the
body forces your blood to retreat to protect the body’s vital organs. This
process puts your body into a survival mode and fills the blood with oxygen.
When stepping out of the cryogenic chamber the blood will immediately rush back
into the body’s arms and legs, giving the body a warm sensation, meaning the
process is working
